    Flank steaks are one of our favorite crowd pleasing cuts of beef. After marinading, heat your grill or heavy cast iron skillet to a high heat. Quickly sear until charred forms on both sides, being careful not to overcook. Slice against the grain and drizzle with your fabulous chimichurri sauce. Serve with tortillas, over rice or on its own. Delicious!
