As sixth generation land stewards in Central West Texas, we are truly “farm-to-fork“ Akaushi beef producers. We oversee every step of the process in raising our highly marbled, ultra tender Akaushi beef. We are 100% family owned and operated, and we raise heart-healthy Akaushi beef sustainably, ethically, and regeneratively.

From conception to consumption, we oversee every aspect of growing our cattle. These are our calves, raised all-naturally on our pastures and pivots. No middle-man. No antibiotics. No hormones or implants. Raised with love. It's that simple.
