Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to accept any returns. If you are unhappy with the product you received, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve any issues with your order. This might include full or partial refund of the purchase, replacement, or credit towards your next order with us. If there is an issue with your order, it is important to contact us immediately with a description of the problem and any pictures of the product and packaging in order for us to make it right.

Shipping Policy

General Shipping Info

Flying M Beef ships to all 50 states, with Hawaii and Alaska requiring Express Shipping. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship outside of the United States.

Ship Days – We ship every Monday and Tuesday, for Wednesday through Friday deliveries.

Delivery Date Selection – Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. Orders can be scheduled up to 30 days from the date the order is placed.

Tracking Number - You will receive a UPS tracking number the evening your order ships or the following morning, as soon as your order is scanned into the UPS system.

Order Early
Ordering for a birthday, holiday, or special event? We recommend ordering 10-14 days in advance to allow for any shipping delays, inclement weather, and to let your product thaw safely prior to cooking.

Addresses
A street address is required. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Please double-check all addresses, especially for gift deliveries. Flying M Beef is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses and we will not be reaching out to gift recipients to confirm details, without prior approval from the purchaser.

Local Delivery

We are always happy to deliver to our local customers, anywhere within 50 miles of Garden City. Local delivery days can be scheduled at checkout. We will call the phone number given at checkout to set up and confirm a delivery time and location.

Gift Orders
Be sure to double-check the addresses for your gift recipients.
The billing customer is responsible to confirm gift recipients are available to accept deliveries, Flying M Beef will not be contacting gift recipients to confirm address or delivery details. We feel a surprise is better left a surprise, and not ruined by the delivery process. Please ensure gift orders are correct. If you find you have made a mistake and need to change or add something to your shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our absolute best to accommodate.

Shipping Delays
Flying M Beef is not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions, shipping provider incidents, and any other unforeseen circumstances that may arise. We monitor all shipments after they leave our freezers via the tracking number provided by UPS and a link will be sent to the purchaser. Flying M Beef will do our best to avoid delays. Sometimes this might mean us shipping the week prior to your event, to avoid weather or accommodate holiday lead times, and guarantee delivery of a safe product to our customers.

Privacy Policy

Flying M Beef values our customers and respects your privacy at all times. We collect information about you through our online shopping cart website in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. We do not share your personal or financial information with 3rd party companies.
