One of our family’s favorites! Flat Irons are perfect on the grill to feed our family of 5. They are finely marbled yielding a rich, smooth texture that everyone will love.
We recommend keeping it simple and letting the beefy flavor of the Flat Iron shine. Season with salt and pepper and sear on both sides. Slice and serve on salads, tortillas, bowls, sandwiches, or with vegetables.
Our Flat Irons are hand-trimmed by our butcher and vacuum sealed in 1 1/2 pound packages.
