Our Akaushi Short Ribs originate from the plate of the beef, just below the back ribs and posterior to the brisket. This gives us short 3-4" pieces of rib bone encased in juicy brisket-type beef, perfect for braising or slow cooking.
Simply season and and simmer while you're out of the house, you'll come home to a hearty "stick to your ribs" meal, ready to be served. Our family enjoys braised short ribs over potatoes, pasta, polenta, or shredded on sandwiches.
